Sending a physical artwork

​

It is not yet possible to send artworks larger than 60×80 cm. Artworks larger than 60×80 cm can be picked up in the studio in Hengelo by appointment or I will personally deliver it to your home against reimbursement of travel costs.

Packing material

​

A sustainable, environmentally friendly working method is of great importance to me. This is reflected in my work, but also in its packaging. Plastic is a no go for me.

Returns

​

You have the right to cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then receive the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to Nicole Schyns studio are for your own account.

​

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Nicole Schyns with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

 

To exercise this right, please contact us at n.j.schyns@gmail.com. The order amount due will be refunded within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Exception - custom art and design

​

Collages or paintings, which are made according to your wishes, as well as design services such as bookcover artwork & design are custom made. The artwork and/or design is made especially for you. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.

An artwork in the SALE cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.
